Hurricane / Named Storm Policy

If a mandatory evacuation order is issued for Walton County, Florida, during the rental period, Guest may receive a prorated refund for unused nights.

No refunds will be issued for voluntary evacuation, inclement weather, or travel disruptions not subject to official mandatory evacuation order.

Guest is strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Owner is not responsible for weather-related interruptions including hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, or utility outages.
